6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of our products. We are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier delays or customs clearance. Shipping is typically conducted Monday through Wednesday to avoid shipping and delivery delays over weekends. Peak Orchids reserves the right to modify these shipping days without notice and may be subject to business closures, holidays and weather at location of shipping, delivery point, and related travel path between point of shipping and delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
